The Fourth International Conference ‘Electronic Governance and open Society: Challenges in Eurasia’ (EGOSE 2017) will be held in St.Petersburg, Russia during September 4-6, 2017 in parallel with IFIP EGOV-EPART 2017 Conference .
The EGOSE 2017 aims to address the main issues of concern within the Information Society, e-government, e-governance, and e-democracy. The Conference provides a platform for networking and collaboration of eGovernance experts in CIS Countries and whole Eurasian area. The EGOSE 2017 Conference invites paper submissions and speakers on all topics related to e-Governance and Open Society perspective with a special focus on common and specific problems of the Eurasian region. Topics of interest will include but are not limited to the following:

EGOSE 2017 is a blind peer-reviewed conference. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or considered for publication elsewhere.
All accepted papers will be published in the ACM International Conference Proceedings Series, indexed in SCOPUS.
Best paper awards are planned.
English is the language of the EGOSE 2017 conference and all submissions.
